Criminal Resources

At The National Autism Law Center we are passionate about serving the Autism Community. Based on available data, Autistic people have higher rates of interaction with the Criminal Justice System throughout their lives than non-Autistic individuals. Though we are not able to provide direct services in Criminal Law at this time, we recognize the need in our community. We hope that you find the information on these pages helpful.

We have structured our Criminal Law pages into the following audience categories:

Attorneys
Autistic Individuals
Parents/Guardians of Autistic Individuals
Providers

We welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing from you!

The National Autism Law Center would like to thank Attorney Mark Mahoney for his time meeting with our team to provide insight and resources into this important topic affecting the Autism community.
