Update on the U.S. DOL Suit against UBH

The U.S. Department of Labor lawsuit was filed against UBH for violations of the federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), including discriminatory reimbursement for out of network mental health providers at lower rates than out of network medical/surgical providers and more restrictive concurrent review of outpatient mental health benefits through an "outlier management" program, applies to mental health benefits usage.
